#17 Proposal 155: Discord Video Bot

* [Proposal 155](https://testnet.joystream.org/#/proposals/155) We now have a Discord Video Bot: [PR](https://github.com/Joystream/community-repo/pull/196) We will ask Jsgenesis for appropriate permissions for the bot, and it will be hosted/maintained by the operations group.

The bot has been fixed on this [branch](https://github.com/singulart/community-repo/tree/query-orderby-fix).

Runs stable.
