Report of KPI27.CC-1-Free Editing Tools on Windows

The report contains a description of a number of video editing programs.
Among the free programs from my submission, two programs fully meet the criteria: VSDC Free Video Editor and DaVinci Resolve. But my choice fell on the available programs: Corel VideoStudio Pro and Movavi Video Editor Plus
